Safety is a Team Effort
Reeve Trucking is dedicated to continuously improving our safe work practices. We actively promote and support a culture of health and safety for the benefit of our employees, contractors, customers, the company and the public. Managing a diverse team of people, facilities, trucks, and technology demands that safety and health principles are strategically incorporated into all aspects of our business. We must continuously improve the service we provide to our customers, and improve the practices and procedures that can make our workplace even safer for our employees.
Comprehensive safe workplace education is an integral part of our operations’ training programs that, in many cases, exceed regulatory requirements. A network of safety professionals work closely with management and employees on methods to avoid injuries and accidents and, of course, monitor our compliance with safety regulations and procedures. They also conduct exhaustive investigations to determine the root causes of accidents so that unsafe acts can be reduced or prevented.
Reeve Trucking believes in a “best practices” approach toward safety. We identify potential gaps and propose improvements to safety procedures. And for the drivers of our vehicles on the road every day, accident prevention is the focus, a goal supported by defensive driving courses that teach drivers the principles of avoiding unsafe situations. We believe in leading by example, that is the core of our values and we believe we must lead both at work and in our communities.

Certified CERS Compliant
The Unified Program protects Californians from hazardous waste and hazardous materials by ensuring consistency throughout the state in regard to administrative requirements, permits, inspections, and enforcement. CalEPA oversees the statewide implementation of the Unified Program and its 81 certified local government agencies, known as Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs), which apply regulatory standards established by five different state agencies.
